Términos de Servicio (Español)

1. Descripción del servicio
"Crack de la IA" (la "App") es una aplicación web personal, operada por Diego Salazar (el "Responsable"), que utiliza TikTok Login Kit y la Content Posting API de TikTok para publicar videos educativos sobre usos prácticos de la inteligencia artificial para tu negocio en México, exclusivamente en la cuenta de TikTok propia del Responsable.
2. Uso exclusivo
La App no se ofrece al público ni a terceros. Su único usuario es el Responsable, quien autoriza la App a publicar contenido en su propia cuenta de TikTok. No existen registros, cuentas ni servicios para otros usuarios.
3. Aceptación
Al autorizar la App mediante TikTok, el usuario acepta estos Términos de Servicio y la Política de Privacidad de Crack de la IA, así como los Términos de Servicio y lineamientos de la comunidad de TikTok.
4. Contenido
Todo el contenido publicado a través de la App es creado o aprobado por el Responsable, quien es el único responsable de dicho contenido y de que cumpla con las políticas de TikTok y la legislación aplicable. Cada publicación se revisa y aprueba antes de subirse.
5. Uso de la API de TikTok
La App solo accede a la información básica del perfil y al permiso para subir y publicar videos en la cuenta autorizada. El acceso puede revocarse en cualquier momento desde la configuración de TikTok (Configuración y privacidad > Seguridad > Apps y servicios con permisos).
6. Propiedad intelectual
Los videos, textos, imágenes y la marca "Crack de la IA" son propiedad del Responsable o se usan con licencia (por ejemplo, música libre de derechos). TikTok y sus marcas son propiedad de sus respectivos titulares.
7. Exclusión de garantías y limitación de responsabilidad
La App se proporciona "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. El contenido es educativo e informativo y no constituye asesoría profesional, legal, fiscal ni financiera. En la medida permitida por la ley, el Responsable no será responsable por daños derivados del uso de la App o de su contenido.
8. Modificaciones
Estos Términos pueden actualizarse en cualquier momento. La versión vigente siempre estará disponible en esta página, con su fecha de entrada en vigor.
9. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de la Ciudad de México, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero.

1. Description of the service
"Crack de la IA" (the "App") is a personal web application operated by Diego Salazar (the "Operator") that uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to publish educational videos about practical uses of artificial intelligence for your business in Mexico, exclusively to the Operator's own TikTok account.
2. Exclusive use
The App is not offered to the public or to third parties. Its only user is the Operator, who authorizes the App to publish content to his own TikTok account. There are no sign-ups, accounts, or services for other users.
3. Acceptance
By authorizing the App through TikTok, the user agrees to these Terms of Service and the Crack de la IA Privacy Policy, as well as TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4. Content
All content published through the App is created or approved by the Operator, who is solely responsible for it and for its compliance with TikTok policies and applicable law. Every post is reviewed and approved before it is uploaded.
5. Use of the TikTok API
The App only accesses basic profile information and the permission to upload and publish videos to the authorized account. Access can be revoked at any time in TikTok settings (Settings and privacy > Security > Apps and services permissions).
6. Intellectual property
The videos, text, images, and the "Crack de la IA" brand belong to the Operator or are used under license (for example, royalty-free music). TikTok and its trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The content is educational and informational and does not constitute professional, legal, tax, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the App or its content.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be available on this page.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction.
